We’ve Got the Answers

Do you supply the alcohol?

No, we operate as a dry-hire service. The client is responsible for providing the alcohol. R&R will provide everything else; bar setup, equipment, mixers, garnishes, etc.

Can you host a cash bar?

No, because we are a dry-hire only service, we cannot sell liquor. R&R operates as an open bar all all their events.

What is Basic Cocktail Service?

This option, which is offered in both our deluxe (On the Rocks) and premium (Straight Up) service, refers to basic, two-ingredient cocktails. Think vodka cranberry, gin & tonic, or whiskey & ginger beer, to name a few.

Do you offer non-alcoholic beverages?

Absolutely! We can add sodas, teas, coffee, or mocktails to your package.

Will you help me plan the drink menu?

Yes, this service is included with all of our event packages. We want to make this experience as seamless for you as possible. We’ll even provide a custom shopping list for you based on what you want to serve at your event.

Where are you located and where will you travel?

R&R is located in Robertson County, Tennessee. We operate within a 60 mile radius and offer additional travel up to 150 miles for $2/mile.

What are the logistical requirements for your bar?

We need flat ground (about 10x10 ft), clear access for set up and break down, and electricity. If your venue does not offer hookups, we can add a generator to your package.

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a deposit of $300 for the basic (Neat) package and a $500 deposit for the deluxe (On the Rocks) and premium (Straight Up) packages. Deposits are due upon booking your service and the rest of the payment is due 30 days before your event.

Full refunds are offered if the event is cancelled more than 60 days ahead of time. Cancellations made more than 30 days ahead will receive a refund minus the deposit. Refunds are not offered for cancellations within 30 days of the event.

What is your inclement weather policy?

While we are unable to change dates or accommodate cancellations due to weather, our bar setup works great under a tent or inside. It is the client’s responsibility to provide a tent, but we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry general event and liquor liability insurance.

What type of permits are required?

While our bartenders are all TABC certified, it is the client’s responsibility to provide any necessary permits for their event. Speak with your venue to discuss what your specific needs are.
